TrueFem Philosophy &
Approach to Health
UNIQUELY FEMININE
What is TrueFem?
TrueFem advocates for optimal health while empowering women with education that fosters greater love for their bodies. We believe that true feminism is fundamentally life-giving in all its forms.

Feminism, simply put, is the amazing gift that women have to breathe life into the world. We do this in many ways: by beautifying the environments around us, raising the next generation of amazing humans and being the foundational figures that many rely on. The world needs true feminists that embrace their full potential as creative geniuses who, at their very core, are wired to bring beauty to life.

TrueFem is dedicated to elevating women by enriching their health. We do this by providing individualized guidance and education about cycle tracking to optimize each woman’s health and fertility. Because fertility issues are so often treated as a disease or an illness to be cured, many women operate at only a fraction of their health potential. We treat fertility as a woman's unique, fifth "vital sign," as important to her optimal functioning as a normal heart rate and blood pressure.
Tracking fertility is knowledge empowerment for every woman no matter age or goals. Just as each individual is different in every way, there is no one-size-fits-all cure for individual reproductive imbalances.
Learn more about why this education is necessary for every woman on our FAQ page.
Let’s face it — women have hormones and hormones are complicated! Hormones affect nearly all bodily processes, and imbalances seen in the reproductive system are usually the first clues to reveal larger issues.

TrueFem can assist individuals in understanding their unique reproductive patterns. TrueFem educators
utilize a natural approach to cycle tracking using a
fertility awareness-based method. TrueFem clients are
educated on their reproductive cycles, the hormones involved in the process, the physiology of fertility and
gain greater awareness of their body functioning on a
daily basis.

TrueFem educators are registered nurses with a passion for connecting women to providers who can transform and restore reproductive health.
We can help you advocate confidently for your own health and wellness in your medical care.
