Are painful periods (or infrequent periods) normal? Is acne just a "teen problem?" Is unexplained infertility a real diagnosis? If these are questions you or a woman you know has struggled with, the upcoming Charting for Health workshop is for you!

Sarah Rolfing is a registered nurse, and founder of TrueFem Women's Health. She is a reproductive health educator who assists women, from adolescence to menopause, make sense of their reproductive health and hormones. From painful periods and acne to infertility, treatment for medical issues at the root cause begins with body literacy. Women who learn to chart their unique cycles to understand hormone health are empowered as informed participants in their health care decisions.

Sarah Rolfing, RN is hosting a workshop series that teaches women the basics of reproductive physiology and how ovulation is a sign of health. Women will learn the basics of charting their cycles using the FEMM method of fertility awareness. The information presented at this workshop is the first step to finding restorative medical care for issues that so often go unaddressed. Young women ages 15 years and older and their mothers (female guardians) are invited to participate. All women of reproductive age (pre-menopause) are encouraged to attend.   Please plan to attend both sessions to get the most out of this education! Please register for this
